Product Overview

Laser-optimized multi-mode fibers (LOMMF) are the primary choice for short-reach data center interconnects within racks and between TOR switches. OM5 wideband multi-mode fiber supports Shortwave Wavelength Division Multiplexing (SWDM) across 850-950nm, enabling multiple wavelengths on a single fiber for 800G/1.6T transmission.

OM5 is the standard fiber for next-generation AI computing centers, supporting all-optical switching (OCS) clusters and 10,000-GPU scale data center deployments.
